Estate Empire is a startup real estate agency based in New York, primarily focused on residential rentals. It caters to New York City’s rental market, streamlining the process for tenants to find and secure rental properties and for landlords and agents to find qualified tenants. As a new entrant in the market, Estate Empire sought to establish a strong online presence from the outset with a cutting-edge website designed to attract affluent buyers and provide an exceptional user experience.

As the lead designer, I was responsible for the complete website design, including all pages. This involved multiple iterations and incorporating stakeholder feedback to ensure the final product met all requirements and exceeded expectations. My role included creating wireframes and prototypes, crafting a luxurious and modern visual design, ensuring an intuitive user experience, optimizing navigation and interactions, and making the website fully responsive. I worked closely with stakeholders, making necessary adjustments to achieve the desired outcome.

1. Discovery Phase

Conducted interviews with key stakeholders to understand their vision, goals, and target audience.
Analyzed competitor websites and identified industry trends to ensure the design was competitive and modern.

2. Planning Phase

Created a detailed sitemap outlining the website's structure, ensuring all essential pages and features were included.
Designed wireframes for key pages to establish the layout and flow of the website.
